Set up the connection

  1. Use Zone Training Log on Android with Health Connect for Fitbit, Pixel Watch, or Google Health workouts.
  2. On iPhone, choose a recording source that officially writes workouts and detailed heart rate to Apple Health.

What to expect

Currently unavailable as a first-party iPhone route. The direction of the documented Apple Health integration is not suitable for feeding Zone Training Log.

Important limitations

  • Google documents Apple Health access as importing data into Google Health, not exporting Google Health workouts to Apple Health.
  • Zone Training Log does not connect directly to Fitbit or Google accounts.

Verify the data before opening Zone Training Log

  1. In Apple Health, inspect Activity → Workouts and its data sources.
  2. If Google Health or Fitbit is not writing the workout there, Zone Training Log cannot read it.

Troubleshooting

  • Changing Zone Training Log’s Health permission cannot create data that was never written to Apple Health.
  • Use the Android Health Connect route or another Apple Health-writing source.

Continue in Zone Training Log

Once the workout and heart-rate samples are visible, review the session in the Training Log and check its time-in-zone context.
