Apple Watch records into Apple Health, which is Zone Training Log’s source of truth on iPhone.
Galaxy Watch / Samsung Health
Modern Wear OS Galaxy Watches do not provide a first-party path into Apple Health.
Garmin
Garmin Connect can write workouts to Apple Health, but detailed activity heart rate and routes can be incomplete.
Strava
Strava can send activity information to Apple Health, but its official documentation does not promise detailed heart-rate export.
COROS
The COROS app supports Apple Health, but verify workout and heart-rate completeness for your activity type.

Polar Flow writes workouts to Apple Health, but Polar documents average workout heart rate rather than detailed samples.
