Zone Training Log

Record and sync the workout to Google Health.
In Google Health, open Profile → Settings → Health Connect and enable sharing for workouts and heart rate.
In Health Connect, allow Zone Training Log to read exercise sessions and heart rate.

Supported. Google documents sharing health and fitness data with Health Connect; verify exercise and heart-rate records after the first sync.

Available fields depend on the device, Google Health version, and permissions granted.
Confirm that the workout includes heart-rate samples before expecting a zone breakdown.

Open Health Connect → Activity → Exercise sessions and inspect the Google Health source.
Check Vitals → Heart rate during the workout.

Open Google Health and let the device sync finish first.
Review Google Health’s write access and Zone Training Log’s read access in Health Connect.

Once the workout and heart-rate samples are visible, review the session in the Training Log and check its time-in-zone context.
