  2. For a predictable Android setup, record with a source that officially writes exercises and heart rate to Health Connect.

What to expect

Unavailable as a documented first-party route. Zone Training Log cannot retrieve a Suunto workout unless another app has already written suitable records to Health Connect.

Verify the data before opening Zone Training Log

  1. Open Health Connect → Activity → Exercise sessions and inspect its data sources.
  2. Only records already in Health Connect can be read by Zone Training Log.

Troubleshooting

  • Consult the official Suunto page first because integrations can change.
  • Use another Health Connect-writing source when reliable workout heart rate is required.

Continue in Zone Training Log

Once the workout and heart-rate samples are visible, review the session in the Training Log and check its time-in-zone context.
