Set up the connection

  1. Sync the completed workout to the COROS app.
  2. In COROS, enable the Health Connect integration and allow exercise and heart-rate writes.
  3. Allow Zone Training Log to read those data types in Health Connect.

Verify the data before opening Zone Training Log

  1. Open Health Connect → Activity → Exercise sessions and inspect the COROS entry.
  2. Open Vitals → Heart rate and check the workout time range.

Troubleshooting

  • Finish the device-to-COROS sync before looking in Health Connect.
  • If only the workout is present, review COROS’s heart-rate write permission and the activity type’s export behavior.
