Set up the connection

  1. Sync the workout to Polar Flow.
  2. In Polar Flow, enable Health Connect and allow exercise-session and heart-rate writes.
  3. Allow Zone Training Log to read exercise sessions and heart rate from Health Connect.

Important limitations

  • The workout must finish syncing to Polar Flow before it can pass to Health Connect.
  • Routes and other secondary fields are not required for Zone Training Log’s zone analysis and may vary.

Verify the data before opening Zone Training Log

  1. In Health Connect, check Activity → Exercise sessions for Polar Flow.
  2. Check Vitals → Heart rate for readings across the workout duration.

Troubleshooting

  • Open Polar Flow after the workout and wait for sync completion.
  • Check Polar Flow’s write access and Zone Training Log’s read access for both exercise and heart rate.

Continue in Zone Training Log

Once the workout and heart-rate samples are visible, review the session in the Training Log and check its time-in-zone context.
