Apple Health

Zone Training Log

In Strava, open Settings → Applications, Services, and Devices → Health and connect Apple Health.
Enable Send to Health and complete or sync an activity after the connection is enabled.
Allow Zone Training Log to read workouts and heart rate from Apple Health.

Limited. Workout metadata may arrive, but Zone Training Log may have no usable heart-rate series and therefore no zone breakdown.

Strava documents activity type, distance, time, calories, and route information, but not detailed heart-rate samples exported to Health.
Activities imported into Strava from another source may not be written onward in every case.

Open Apple Health → Browse → Activity → Workouts and inspect whether Strava is the source.
Check Heart → Heart Rate during the activity rather than relying on the workout card alone.

Make sure Send to Health was enabled before the activity was synced.
If detailed heart rate is missing, prefer connecting the original recording app directly to Apple Health.

Once the workout and heart-rate samples are visible, review the session in the Training Log and check its time-in-zone context.
