Delete Zone Trainer account or server data

Use this page to delete your Zone Trainer account and account-linked backend data, or to delete synced Zone Trainer server data while keeping your login account.

Before you continue

• You must prove account ownership by signing in before Zone Trainer deletes anything.
• Zone Trainer deletion affects server-side account data, sync mirrors, provider links, device links, AI data, and tokens.
• Zone Trainer does not delete Health Connect or HealthKit records from your device.
• Manage local health records in Health Connect, Apple Health, or the app that wrote those records.

Your options

Delete my Zone Trainer account deletes your Zone Trainer login account and account-linked backend data. Zone Trainer purchase and server transaction rows are deleted, while Apple App Store and Google Play records remain managed by those stores.

Delete synced server data but keep my account keeps your login account and minimal purchase entitlement data. It deletes synced workouts, summaries, planned workouts, zone sync data, provider links, device links, AI generated data, AI usage history, and sync tokens. Linked devices are removed so existing device tokens cannot immediately upload data again.
